Empowering Check Health: Navigating Regulatory Success

Welcome to INCOME, where we transform innovation into global success stories. In our most recent case, we partnered with Check Health, a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline patient data collection and compile comprehensive medical histories. With over 100 carefully crafted questions, Check Health serves as a time-saving tool for therapists and other medical professionals.

Faced with regulatory challenges in the Russian and UAE markets, Check Health turned to us for guidance. Their goal was to navigate the complex landscape of medical device regulations and ensure a seamless entry into these thriving healthcare markets.

Our approach was meticulous and strategic. We compiled a comprehensive package of documents, adhering to the stringent legal and regulatory requirements of both regions. Our team submitted two separate requests to regulatory bodies: Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) in Russia and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) in the United Arab Emirates. Our mission was to secure official confirmation that Check Health did not fall within the medical device category.

Thanks to the dedication of our expert team, we achieved a significant milestone. We received official letters confirming that Check Health was not classified as a medical device. This milestone granted the software unrestricted access to both the Russian and UAE markets, simplifying the journey for healthcare professionals and patients alike.

This regulatory triumph paves the way for Check Health to reach its full potential, enhancing its utility in the medical field while ensuring compliance with the stringent regulatory requirements of both regions.

We are thrilled to be part of Check Health's journey, and we look forward to witnessing their continued success and innovation in the healthcare industry.

Our commitment to advancing HealthTech technologies knows no bounds, and we invite you to stay tuned for more groundbreaking updates.
