Moscow Fast Track HealthTech Accelerator

From September to December 2025, INCM Global partnered with the Moscow Export Center (MEC) and Guide to Innovation to co-organize Moscow Fast Track HealthTech — an export-oriented acceleration program designed to help Moscow-based HealthTech companies scale internationally.

The program was built for HealthTech teams with proven traction in the Russian market who were ready to validate demand, build go-to-market strategies, and secure concrete results abroad.

About the Program

Over 10 intensive weeks, the accelerator supported 8 HealthTech companies developing solutions in:

  • laboratory diagnostics
  • orthopedics and sports medicine
  • neuromonitoring
  • medical implants
  • rapid testing
  • medical screening and automation of medical examinations

Key Results

The program delivered measurable outcomes across strategy, partnerships, and market validation:

  • 60 B2B meetings with potential partners across UAE, India, Brazil, Ghana, South Africa, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus
  • 192 individual tracking sessions
  • 45+ hours of expert support in regulatory affairs, standardization, and e-commerce market entry
  • 13 industry workshops and masterclasses
  • 8 companies developed detailed go-to-market strategies and validated product–market fit
  • 6+ cooperation agreements / letters of intent signed
  • Multiple international pilot projects initiated

Participants worked on export roadmaps for priority regions, including CIS countries, MENA, India, China, and Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam).

Our Role

The INCM Global team led the design and execution of the international acceleration track, including expert engagement and B2B matchmaking.
