Over the past quarter, INCM Global has led a multi-phase patient engagement initiative in partnership with Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital - Dubai, one of the region’s most advanced private hospitals.
Our goal: connect world-class clinical care with real community needs through meaningful outreach, education, and partnerships.
From Strategy to Results
Together with CMC, we developed and delivered a tailored engagement program focused on lifestyle medicine, preventive care, and women’s health – designed to meet the priorities of diverse community groups in Dubai.
Community Events That Sparked Demand
In just three months, we successfully organized 3 high-impact events. Each event brought patients and medical experts together to talk openly about health topics that matter most:
The response was strong: nearly 250,000 people were reached online, generating 152 qualified leads and 69 in-person participants. But more importantly, these events translated into real outcomes – clinic visits, patient referrals, and new connections with both local residents and international clients. It was engagement with impact.
Strategic Partnerships with Clinics
Parallel to community events, we launched a referral program targeting private clinics and wellness centers in Dubai. This effort resulted in confirmed or in-progress partnerships with several clinics.
These collaborations expand access, strengthen local trust, and help patients discover CMC through the channels they already use and trust.
